Another I idea I was toying with, is to pay property management fees to one-self (I manage properties myself) which can be (to a large degree) allocated to a solo 401k (because this is the part of business that qualify you as Solo proprietor)Let me know if I am dreaming here .. or being terminally confused

I even went with her to pick up her horses at the fancy place they were at and hauled them home for nothing.

Not sure if the u-hauls and cars indicate just more people or an unauthorized business, if you prohibit businesses or you area restricts them that might be an avenue to pursue after you get the PM sorted out. 

Then we would like to do a complete gut  of the house so my son and wife wouldn’t have to worry about anything for the long haul.

We are looking for our next 2 family house in the southern end and will most likely purchase one in the South West with the intention of renovating and holding it for the long haul.

(Sounds like I should be the trash hauling business).We make the tenants pay and get 5-6 letters a month threatening a lien on trash.

Toying with furnishing it for the holidays, and then for travel nurses or cooperate housing. 

You're stale and little reduction or toying with the MLS usually gets agents more frustrated than motivated as they've seen it for the last 122 days.

We still camp in our toy hauler and are doing an RV trip in a rented Class C in a couple weeks but the month or two on the road just isn't feasible with my employment and the kids schedules but some day . . .Welcome!
