No advertising.. instead they encourage their first owners and clients to invite any and all guests to the properties free accommodations top end everything. free golf..

When I am personally looking to invest or helping a client I will often swing by the cities economic/community development individuals office and have a chat.

I hope that it all swings the way of being allowable to the majority of landlords.
