if you go in the wall is going to cost more outside the wall-less,Do not get the the Electrician to cut  the trench for the wire get him to mark it out and get a labor with a grinder to do it electrician is 4 times higher than a labor get them to put it in after the wall is open get your drywall supplies and get drywall sub  to close it up after repairs save more money  we do it all the time.

We estimated about 50K but spent 100K. 2) Renovated a bunch of units.3) Built trenches around the buildings to get rid of the water issues in the crawl spaces.4) Changed all the roofs.5) Got the laundry in house.6) Built a shed in the back for the supplies.
