Depreciating Markets
I've read people saying one of their worst mistakes was buying in a depreciating market. ( I'm assuming they paid full market value) Does it make sense to buy in a depreciating market if the price is 40 cents on the dollar? If you can rent the property following the 50% rule it still makes sense right? I just want to be sure I'm not missing something. Is there anything else I need to know?
