I'm sure there are deals where wholesaling is still worthwhile with double closing, but mike nelson sounded like he's get it under contract, and then market his interest for a fee... it sounds illegal to me, but if he was doing it, and BP had him on the podcast to promote his tactics, I kind of assumed there are ways around the double close.... thoughts?
