New Investor looking for Partner
Hello,
I'm a new investor looking for a partner in Utah to help build my portfolio and share properties, whether that is fix and flip or long term holds. Fair disclosure- I have no experience with flipping. I do own a rental investment property in Orem that has been doing well and I'm looking to add to my portfolio. I have good income and a little capital to play with. I work a full time job but I do have free time to use. If this means starting out taking a smaller cut I'm fine with that, as I don't expect a mentor without providing value, whatever that may look like.
I realize I'm not the most appealing partner due to my lack of experience, but with my income and reliability I'm hoping to find an experienced partner that I can work with and learn from. Thank you in advance!
I'm interested in fix/flips (no experience), longer term buy and holds including Single Family, or perhaps a multi-family (duplex+). I can also assist with property management as I do have some experience with this as I managed my current rental property until I moved to AZ, now I have it under a PM. I'm now back in Utah and hoping to add to my portfolio.
I currently have about 60-80k in equity in my rental and would consider a HELOC or refi to help with the next investment. Just need some guidance.
