Most contractors don't get paid for the time we spend on meeting the customer and working up the quotes.

The trick is to call customer service and ask a human for the exact list that you want. 

The attorney will spend time creating a custom Operating Agreement (the company will only have one member) while the CPA will create one using a template.

@Jeff Onofrio there should be a separate forum dedicated to the truth that is not told by the "gurus".

The reason they say that is to widen the market to sell what they do.If you were told, just as an example,  that only people who have good credit, $50,000 in their pocket, who has two years of college or an education in business and has an IQ over 120, how many customers do you think they would have?

Reason: You want to give the best customer service experience, so your existing investors will (A) invest in your next deal and (B) save their money for your deals as opposed to other people's deals because you offer the best overall experience. 

The customers we’ve had in that situation usually have to get the neighbor to agree to split the cost of separating the lines, incur the expense themselves, or leave it as is.

Is there something other than Mail Chimp that has tools/features that can help better leverage the connections between customers, lenders and servicer's? 

I've read all the other reviews and this underwhelming customer service worries me greatly, I want out if their track record really is this terrible.   

If it doesn’t close you’ll just have to spend some time explaining your problem to customer service and inconvenience your guests.
