The surrounds are custom made & installed by a local shop - they come out & measure the walls before making them & you can specify different "base" colors & "swirl" colors..big or small soap dishes, etc..

In his Book 'Emerging Real Estate Markets', he labeled the 4 phases:1) Buyer's Market Phase I2) Buyer's Market Phase II3) Seller's Market Phase I4) Seller's Market Phase IIIt's easier for me to recognize which phase or 'stage' we're in when I hear the media or real estate professionals (i.e. investors, realtors, etc.) say we're in a 'Buyer's market' or a 'Seller's Market'.

Marc Bodinger I have dealt with the larger banks for the first few properties I purchased as well as several refinances and my problem is that I typically dealt with a closer that seemed to be paid off of commission, therefore customer service failedWhen I went to the smaller banks they wanted a full blown audit trail for all of my income.

There is a brand of dishwasher (can't remember which one) that sits up a little higher and has longer adjustable legs on the bottom for just this problem.I once had to replace a dishwasher in a house that had custom tile counters and a built up tile floor.
