It shows in a grid on one of the pages all the years, reduced basis for that year, and the remaining depreciation when I printed out my entire return.

You can upload a photo of the receipt to keep a record, or a photo of the pump if the receipt doesn't print (which seems to be about half of the ones I go to).You can do the same thing for expenses, but I need to build out a lot of reporting on that (it's coming).

The normal method is list via MLS, use RE agents, pay RE commission, and negotiate with bank.Can't say bad because i'm sure in the fine print, you still have the 10 day due diligence period and can back out for whatever reason.Terry

I would not suggest white walls, I did it once with a rental and there were finger prints and scuffs everywhere (of course, part of it was picking bad tenants :))))

That in layman's terms is restarting the printing press, absorbing the bad debts (that central banks enabled through historic low rates in the first place) and likely less or more conservative underwriting standards from those same banks.
