Paint color question

Hey Guys,

I just bought my first house and I want with a 4 plex so this will be my first rehab. I want to use same paint color through the house. I’m planning to paint the cabinets gray (pictured below) and walls lighter gray as well but I do how a tile floor and didn’t want the place to look bad. Trim and doors will be painted white.

Below is my current kitchen, so my biggest concern is that it will look odd between gray cabinets/walls and the tiles floor.

What do you think?

V/r

Chris

I painted my first rental off-white.  It looks alright.  My next one I painted "Agreeable Gray" (eggshell) by Sherwin Williams.  I will use the gray in all my future rentals.  Looks excellent.
