I bet I could rent the downstairs for about $1,800-$2,100 (if I put a kitchen in the downstairs) and the upstairs for about $800-$1,200. 

This industry is full of colourful, but not always reliable players, Craig and Curt are a safe pair of hands.

The housing authority doesn't expect you to do anything out of the ordinary, you simply need to make sure it is a safe, healthy place to live. 

As long as you offer a clean safe place to live you should have no problem finding tenants any where in Central Florida.
