Starting lease November 1st in Florida?
I’m in Central Florida and about to buy another property. With the supply chain, labor delays and my work schedule, it will probably be November 1st for the start of the lease. Being that we live in a warm weather climate and high demand, does anybody see an issue with starting a lease in November? Thanks

@Pete B. People sign leases year round here in Florida. As long as you offer a clean safe place to live you should have no problem finding tenants any where in Central Florida.
