I gave my tenant instructions to download the sprinkler system app and to adjust the watering.

However, I believe there are things we could do better by improving our systems. 

And be aware: if somebody offers you off market deals, those are not off market anymore 😉 also, make sure you delve in the Dutch system.

For example, an extra egress or a sprinkler system.

I’d recommend getting your feet wet with a couple to make sure everything goes smoothly then you can buy faster once you’ve developed systems.

Make sure you have the systems in place to send you deals and if needed, pivot to other strategies.

Have your system planned out.

The current owner is a family friend that’s been in the business for 30+ years but is very old school and still runs the business off a system he coded in DOS back in the 90’s.

I'd first start by reading 3 books....the Millionaire Real Estate Investor, HOLD, and FLIP....all within the Keller Williams systems.
