It's amazing!

I'm meeting so many great people through BP, with experience in things I'm not as familiar with, every day I'm just amazed!

J Scott has assembled an amazing team that's succeeding in his market in spite of tremendous local competition.

We take advantage of their sales to stock some inventory at amazing prices.

It's interesting to see they are operating at a loss while they are "waiting" for the property to stabilize.I always find it amazing insto guys make money charging fees they are actually worse at investing if you look at the actual ROI than anyone in this forum.

So far its been an amazing resource.

Apologies, but I have been soaking up amazing information from you guys and really I had nothing to post about so I figured I would refrain from registering until I had something post-worthy.

But after awhile letting them be totally amazed at the power of the old man, I clue them in and we get more laughs!

We have been amazed how few owners/vendors appear to treat their properties as a business - requests for basic information like financial statements, operating costs, vacancy rates, turnover rates, etc. is frequently met with blank gazes.
