Hello, I am a new agent . Right now I am working with a few Buyers and trying to find a balance between work and home life. Many of the agents in my office are either so busy they don't have a life or in my lazy. We have had a few call nights and people do not come . At present i have heard rumblings of people looking for full time work because they are not making money. What is the best way to stay focused and motivated.
