With Lexington Park and Patuxent Naval Air Station so close by, you might want to focus on the base and see what off-base housing needs exist.

If your coming to Memphis soon,  please bring some of that Canadian air with you.  

The Board may also restrict renters by the passage of a rule but such a rule is more susceptible to being overturned by the courts.
