In real estate sales though I don't think you actually get what you pay for.

For 4-5k/unit you can probably just get hookups in the actual unit provided the layout allows. 

I'm not sure why it takes that long to review everything I sent and give me an actual response.

Hi @Carla CarvalhoI actually sent an email to Dennis Blocks office, they replied with a simple message saying it is in violation of RSO to do so. 

If you go to the clerk's office you can read the actual foreclosure file and at least see when the last payment was made from the initial complaint.....then you can guess at accumulated interest, late fees, any taxes or force placed insurance, attorney fees, court costs, etc.

As a wholesaler, managing relationships with your customers is the most important piece of the puzzle.

And actually, there is no statutory requirement that you rent the property. 

I'd be very surprised if it says anything preventing him from buying a piece of real estate associated with his wife. 

Have you actually taken the time to read it?  

Some people consider last year's actuals to cover the expenses and forget about vacancy allowance, expense percentage, CAPEX, etc.
