I've been watching a lot of videos on YouTube which is how I ended up here this morning.

I still have the townhouse...it was free and clear with a decent set of tenants, so I HELOC'd it and am waiting to close on a second single family unit in VA...buying REO from the VA and we'll see how that goes...I found BP via one of the Youtube videos while trying to google cashflow calculators. 

Rehabbing yourself using only youtube and your dads tools was probably the most challenging thing.

Do kids really need to be taught art, music or even Calculus BC over basic accounting and financial basics? 

Just started watching bigger pockets on YouTube about a week ago.
