This was in the late 70's and LLC's were not in vogue. 

Hey @Ashley Williams from my research on hard money lenders it's hard to find legitimate funding for 100% financed deals.

For a few hundred dollars, I made many tens of thousands.So, @Nathan Williams I agree with you.
