Hey everyone,

I'm new to BP. I've been in REI for 2 years now w/ a rental in Baltimore City. Does anyone know if there are any upcoming REIA events nearby?

I go or have gone to most of the meetings around. If you are looking for knowledge and hands on information and advice you will find that Baltimore REIA has the best meetings. 6 of the 7 monthly meetings have local investors, landlords, property managers, accountants, etc speaking. No selling at all. The Main Event often has a national speaker so there is some selling there. But it is great for networking since there is 100 plus people there.

The BWI Meetup is also a pretty good event.
