It is in close proximity to Campbell University as well as Fuquay Varina.It is a 2br 1ba home with a 1br 1ba full separate apartment in the rear equipped with kitchenette.

I went with this one because the building he is managing for me is near a university and I wanted to rent to students.

Cleveland Heights and University Heights can be very high, but I have never seen it like that.

I can get to center city, university city, old city, northern liberties, art museum & graduate hospital areas; as well as some parts of west & south philadelphia & city line avenue.

Thanks @Brian McmenaminDo you try to look for a property near any certain institutions (like university or hospital/medical school for example) that would make it more “high demand”?

If you are with a mile of a university or hospital for example it makes more sense to build more 1 bed and studio units whereas an established suburban neighborhood would dictate 1/2 bedrooms.As for laundry, it’s 2019, Is do everything you can to design in in-unit hookups.  

i bought a property which was great in many ways and terrible in many other ways.its near the river, near the zoo, four schools, 2 shopping plazas, 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the train station, 40 minutes from a major university, 5 minutes from a major hospital, 5 minutes from the nearest commercial hub, 40 minutes from another major city and has great tourism industry, commercial hub and everything is a tick EXCEPT the fact that when I purchased the house, it was a sad little brick house in a sad little part of town, with sad qualities and below average appeal.
