Ambitious Canadian Student Starting Out

Hey! I'm a 22 year old student at the University of Ottawa in Canada and I'm planning on starting out my real estate career in the near future with an investment in a 4-plex (and house hack it).  Would be nice to find other real estate brokers, lenders, property managers, accountants and other real estate professionals in the Ottawa area.  My long term goal is to have 100 doors by age 30! Don't hesitate to reach out!

Welcome! If you plan to stay in Ottawa 4plexes that a student can buy are rare, without a large pile of money behind you!
