U might wake up in 10 yrs still looking and passed up multiple deals 

as long as your contract is assignable u should be able to sell ur rights to another wholesaler but there going to be looking for a better deal than a person that is going to flip it so there would have to be Alot of meat on the bone so to speak........ 

If u r getting fha (3.5 % down) loan u will get more or less the same rate any bank u will go and if u fit the criterias of steady income and credit u will be approved almost at any bank u will goU will need a personal lender that responds fast to your requests and questions and will remain the same personal lender instead of HORRIBLE lending department customer service that you run across big banks like wells fargoOver there most of the representatives are 9 to 5 low wages low experience straight up stupid people that will stress u up and u will have diffrent representative taking care of your loan regularly !
