If you find a bank or institution that holds their own notes and doesn't sell them (portfolio lenders) then they don't mind giving you as many mortgages as makes sense for them.

I have only talked to a couple traditional institutions such as Wells Fargo and CIT bank and both had 6 month seasoning periods for a 75% LTV cash out.
