Two different types of institutions

I stumbled across BP while looking at other real estate videos about buying rental properties, then while talking with a friend discovered he is a big BP fan and has been watching and following BP for a while now.  

If you find a bank or institution that holds their own notes and doesn't sell them (portfolio lenders) then they don't mind giving you as many mortgages as makes sense for them.

nope that was market price strong B bordering on A MHP in a major metro area on the west coast are prime institutional grade properties no discount.. 45 pads.. 

Then I looked up the garnishment laws and discovered she didn't make enough to even be garnished, wrote a letter to the marshal and creditor saying her salary will no longer be garnished.

I'll definitely go to local financial institutions for sure.

. :)I just discovered BP and I've been researching and learning about wholesaling with potential deals already in mind.Looking forward to getting to know and learning more from people in the community.

Institutional buyers?

I have only talked to a couple traditional institutions such as Wells Fargo and CIT bank and both had 6 month seasoning periods for a 75% LTV cash out.
