I am curious in out of state investing and it just so happens that Houston has some properties around $30,000!

I'm from Houston which is a much larger city that has 3 perimeters now. 

Hey everyone,Just to give a little insight about myself, I've been working for about 4-5 years now in IT, and have been living in uptown Houston for the past 2 years.

If you are in Houston, you know that there's TONS of SFH's with garage apartments, these are super common, and make a lot of sense down there.

My opinion on appreciation is that your better to take your money to the nearest casino and throw it all on black (or red if you like red better).

Texas properties (San Antonio, Austin, DFW, Houston, etc) have history of great appreciation.
