This site is awesome but it doesn't always set the proper expectations for those living in the hot markets.For instance, on market right now, I see maybe three stand-alone homes with at least 3 beds and 2 baths in the Denver area, and they are all either mobile homes or have major foundation issues.

Thanks @Axel Ragnarsson, you are correct, my schedule is flexible; since all of my training is private and mobile (no big box gyms).I was just in Manchester for Thanksgiving, and the 4 degree temp (before factoring in wind chill) was a point blank reminder of what I do not miss on some wintry days in NH.I checked out some workable flips while I was out there, less margins than Los Angeles, but still some coin to be made.

(B) In a dwelling unit, every room occupied for sleeping purposes by one occupant shall contain at least 70 square feet of floor space; every room occupied for sleeping purposes by more than one occupant shall contain at least 50 square feet of floor space for each occupant.No person shall occupy as owner-occupant or let to another for occupancy any dwelling, dwelling unit, mobile dwelling unit, or rooming unit for the purpose of living, sleeping, cooking or eating therein, which does not comply with the requirements of 105 CMR 410.000.Occupant means every person living or sleeping in a dwellingThey are allowed to use the living room as a room occupied for sleeping since the only room not allowed for this purpose is the kitchen.

Many of the homes that burned, were older mobiles in parks, and most of the homes were in the more affordable range, which would be hard to duplicate now.
