Do you have any suggestions of anyone that would be willing to do a quick walk through with me for a small fee just to give me an idea what I may be dealing with?

MY idea is to buy the property first subject to and then sell it to my Dallas owner rent to own through an AITD.

He is willing to include the LLCs if it helps or leave out the LLCs if it hurts a deal.I am looking for ideas as to how I can pull off this type of deal. 

Is it a bad idea to do this without a realtor?

Here I was trucking along as though everything was alright and while I won’t say I think nor thought I was guaranteed success, the idea that I could fail simply didn’t enter my mind.
