The program will be developed in concert through relationships with various for profit and non-profit organizations in the Pittsburgh region that are service providers to Veterans and individuals with various disabilities.

I'm sure a list of 300+ can get very tricky without proper organization.....Any input would be much appreciated.

The more research you can do and hand-off to them in a clear, organized, format, the more you can save on lawyer fees by decreasing their scope of work.Again, every municipality is different, but the approval process for a rezoning typically involves an informal meeting with the City's staff, a formal application, and a few public meetings such as a neighborhood committee, a zoning review board, and the City Council meeting.

What they are doing with it now is incredible, from prototypes to new organs! 

I guess it will take a lot of patience, and I will have to dig up my old real estate agent marketing skills to focus on finding motivated sellers.

The guy who organizes it is a realtor/investor (Richard McCray) and I'm sure he can help you.I just bought a property in the BR area and I'm looking to do more. 

Just make sure you request for them to itemize the repairs so you can scale up or down as your time and skill allows.What is your strategy and exit strategy for the house?

Hopefully she learns that her way of communicating and math skills aren't that great (that is, she's not making deals) and she'll take it as a sign to improve.

I have carpentry/building skills that I'm hoping will help out with this pursuit.
