Building Baton Rouge network

I'm a new investor ready to take the next step of building my network.  My goals are to seek buy and hold single family residential or multi family properties in Baton Rouge market. I'm more concerned with equity growth than cash flow right now.

Looking for recommendations regarding local real estate agent who is also an investor, handy man, property management company, title company.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
