Starting my direct mail marketing campaign

I've purchased my list off listsource and am excited to say my direct mail marketing campaign is beginning this upcoming week. Quick question.... What type of tracking system do you all have in place to know what has been mailed out, and to whom? I'm sure a list of 300+ can get very tricky without proper organization.....

Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!
