Evictions for non-compliance take a bit more time but if the residents continue to be out of compliance on their lease terms, it is still a straight-forward process.You can simply non-renew someone when their lease term is up without a need to give them a reason.

I sometimes put in that in order to renew, I want 30 days notice, but written leases are self expiring.
