Preliminary Team can be Attonies, real estate Agents, CPA's (or accountants), Inspectors, General Contractors, and Handymen.New Jersey has a lot of investors looking at real estate opportunities.  

Most lucrative property opportunities; investment groups etc.  

People become hard money lenders because they see opportunities to get phenomenal returns on their money.

Most walk because they cannot see the opportunity.
