It was allegedly launched in December but when you go the SEC site (google SEC edgar search for those wanting to know), of course they did not register it.PSA for people, even a Reg D still gets filed with the SEC, it just gets filed under a Reg D and an exemption but there is still a filing requirement.

Not having one is a turnoff and tenants rather rent elsewhere rather than spend money on the refrigerator, especially newly weds or someone just leaving home having also to buy furniture.I know in some areas, landlords don't supply them.

I'm a long time landlord and have dealth with many crappy tenants who have literally destroyed the insides of newly remodeled units.Or tenants who are late every month and have every excuse in the book why they can't pay the rent, but will get new chrome wheels on their cars and a flat screen tv.
