Introducing myself: beginner investor

Paisley Taylor
Posted

Hi! I was introduced to BiggerPockets by the amazing Rachel Richards (Money Honey) in her most excellent boot camp. I am working on my first property acquisition this year, am in the process of obtaining my real estate license (about 10 weeks away), am currently a commercial property inspector (perform Property Condition Assessments), am looking to add mid-term rental management to my services, and look forward to meeting people on here and sharing info and strategies.

Hi Paisley, nice to meet you. I am a newly licensed real estate agent, which is a decision I do not regret in my journey of RE investing. I am currently looking for my first investment property and I am leaning towards making it a mid-term rental. In my opinion, Columbus, Ohio is a good market for MTR because of its big population, many large hospitals, and new developments. If you are considering a different market, I'd love to chat!
