@Timothy Horner it doesn't work on mobile, but it seemed to work on a desktop (Chrome, anyway). 

When there is a small issue, rather than sending a maintenance man, if I could either give the receptionist a book of reference to quickly discuss with a tenant over the phone, or give every tenant a book pertaining to common issues that can occur in a unit.Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Joe Larson

My highest interest rate was 14% on a mobile home, I got the land on a 10% interest rate. 

I am bilingual in Spanish and English and still am also involved in the world of real estate services as a title rep and bilingual mobile independent settlement agent. 

I actually saved podcast 109 to my phone and will be following that advice pretty thoroughly.  

@Billy Gullett  go meet with your local HML create a relationship.. do not do phone or text do it in person.. show them what you have and where you want to go.the reason you want a local guy that knows the market is that after usually a few deals with them they may get comfortable to give you 100% financing..

this is the just of what I understood it was about a 30 minute phone conversation lots of information was told to me  this is what I retained I want to see what you guys think and if it's worth getting together with him and hearing more about it

I was just solicited yesterday from one of the "Guru's of Real Estate" who now has his calculators all through an app so that you can be using these on the go while viewing a property or driving around town through a tablet or phone...Please add!
