Attorney Wanted Must Be Savvy With Florida Real Estate Laws Etc

1. Purchase & Sale Contracts & accompanying legal documentation are unfortunately a NECESSARY PAIN in the ARSE!

2. To eliminate the hassle & onerous task of dealing with the above, I'd like to partner up with an attorney or a paralegal who's:

a. a property investor           and       b. has the legal expertise to take care of that part of the business, right up to closing the deal.
