These agents I make note of, and when I see one of their open house signs in my neighborhood, I will stop by to chat with them.I don't work where I live, but we do employ direct mailers and out of all our marketing (print advertisement, social media, etc...) they by far provide the greatest return on investment.

In either case the rules regarding location of electrical outlets are pretty strict.I'm biased towards architects because I've seen drafters and contractors do some really dumb stuff.
