The bank total charges would be 238k120k at closing 30 fixed at 5.827%The seller financing is a much better deal on the surface, im just worried about losing out on some protections I might get with the bank.

Once again this isn't because the flipper is greedy but most of the times when it comes to repairs, arv, wait time there is so many unknowns we have to protect ourselves from losing money when it would have been easier and better to buy a cheap house and make 25k.If this was helpful please let me know or just vote for it and I'll know.
