We also do have a monthly meet up group once you move down if you’d like to join in on those as well.

My advice is to join a private investor group where there is no Sponsor (unlike BiggerPockets) in the group.

I would start my listen to all the BP podcast episodes and join a REIA group in your area.

Joining the community has encouraged my wife and I to really break down what it is we want from REI and what we want out of it.

I'd also suggest joining a team as a buyer's agent in the beginning so you can get some field experience and earn at the same time.

My mindset has changed so radically since joining here.

Join local groups on other social media, like Facebook.Each area/State has investor groups that allow you to be easily added to active wholeseller's lists in the area - also a good opportunity to check out what the locals are talking about and who is utilizing which PM's/contractor teams/realtors etc.Best of luck to you!
