Wholesaling in Bay Area

I'm a newbie to wholesaling in the San Francisco area looking for a mentor to guide me in the right direction. I went to a couple seminars, got inspired and started my LLC and now I feel like I don't know which way to go. I'm trying to build my list of cash buyers, realtors and closing companies. Any help and guidance is appreciated.

You are right to build your buyers list first. Then look for properties based on their needs. Join a local real estate investor group to do this. Also, read Than Merrill's Bible of Wholesaling.
