Hello fellow BP investors! New and ready to rock!

Hello all of the awesome Bigger Pockets investors! My name is Brian and my wife Tracy and I are ready to begin a career in real estate investing. Our goal is simple, to build streams of passive income that allow us financial freedom. We want to get to a point where we don't HAVE to work if we don't want to and we see real estate as a promising vehicle to that goal. We know we're green and need help and we know this is an excellent place to get it.

We've been crushing through the BP podcasts and Youtube videos to learn as much as possible and have begun setting up our machine (funnels) to help us get our first deal. We're from Luther / Edmond Oklahoma area.

We see so much value here in the BP forums and are super excited to begin networking with many of you! It looks like a fantastic place to get advice!

Hey @Brian Holshouser,

Welcome to Bigger Pockets! There is so much valuable information on this site. You guys are in a great area to start investing. The OKC market is much easier to break into than a lot of other areas! 

I would definitely try to get involved in some of the local meetups and meet some of the local investors. There are a ton of meetups, so just check out meetup.com for real estate meetups in the area. I'm sure you can find at least a few that you are interested in.
