I would imagine that the mortgage servicing company receives a notification as to when taxes are due, and also knows the specific deadlines for particular states/counties as to when taxes are due, so that they're alerted. 

But then id imagine you'd need an LLC and I'm sure partnership is very rough.

As you can imagine, the cost of living is substantially less in Nashville than Los Angeles, allowing me to save more money.After about 18 months of living in Nashville, I closed on my first property in Nashville — a home on Alice Street (zip 37218) — that I bought with a combination of my money and a hard money loan from my father.  

No one would know because no one has access to the basement and there's a sump pump in there so it would just keep going and going I imagine.

The annoyance was following a checklist, line-by-line for every…single…action one could imagine that could be done in the cockpit.
