Cash flowing vacation rental out of state. Sell or refinance?
I have an active fully renovated vacation rental in a great Oregon wine country area with lots of equity. I'm about 10 years from retirement. Should I sell for the equity, keep it as is, or keep it and refinance?
The depreciation is minimal and there isn't much more I can do to improve the property.
