@Nat Chan You can't let their rude behavior keep you from evaluating all of your options.

The tax assessment for personal property taxes` is irrelevant, but I say that not knowing if any newer IRS ruling has adopted local tax evaluations required to be used as a basis if not stated in a contract.

I suggest re-evaluating then if you don't end up using it.

And a great metric to use to evaluate properties.

During my due diligence of property evaluation I ask for copies of current leases and to my surprise (maybe not so much a surprise anymore) the owners of these properties did not maintain the leases so the tenants are month to month with NO signed lease.

Each individual must first evaluate costs, risks, time, return, etc. and calculate whether a private offering (syndication) is worth it and if so at what level.

Hello, guys and gals I need a recomendation.Currently have a build in progress and the contractor is stuck on deadlines and pouring a basement and garage floor tomorrow even with the extreme cold temperatures in forecast.
