Tax impact of Guru classes: What and how can I write off?

I know BP hates guru's :-) However, I did some bootcamps this year. I know what money I spent wisely and which I wasted. Please save your breath on that.

My question is, am I able to write the cost off? (The guru's all tell me yes)

What would I be able to write it off against? I have about $27k in flip income and just $3400 in gross rents (4 months).

I will be meeting with a CPA next week. I'm trying to do some pre-work so the $ I spend on my time with the CPA is as productive as possible. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks!

Only valid things can be deducted on your taxes, since gurus don't give value or aren't valid, you can't deduct them! :)~
