Hello, I am new to RE investing and have been trying to educate myself into pursuing my first fix and flip.

I’ll educate myself a little more on those things.

What other topics should I be educating myself in that will work hand in hand with foreclosures as well.

So I knew them directly and since i'm pretty connected in my area most people know me as someone who is always interested in looking at any property so they come to me quite frequently.

I am hoping to create a solid foundation through networking, education, and action as I dive into the real estate investing world.

You are correct the market here is saturated so you need to educate yourself on the market and build a strong team here.
