The main reason I made the switch is that it is portable for tenants meaning the credit report/back ground check doesn't expire for 30 days and they can use it to re apply if I deny them.

If a applicant meets all requirements in all other areas but has $50,000 in unpaid student loan debt they are delinquent on would you deny them?

I am not saying try, but be prepared for them to deny and leave you hanging.
