Nothing adds more value than a lipstick paint, flooring and fixtures rehab which has relatively low risk if you have anyone with a brain doing it.

Yes, one can read all the Real Estate books in the world but then without feeding your brain with other types of knowledge, then one could become an educated unmotivated bum!

Like quick books it's not geared towards RE, but with 3/8 of a brain you can make it work.

hello guys, does anybody have any experience, or know someone who has knowledge to subdividing in Los angeles county in CA.i have a 3 unit multifamily and lot is about 16K square feet and there are 3 separate houses with about equal amount of land. im looking to subdivide the property , does anyone have any experience of know someone that i pick their brain??
