Love the area, and looking into investment property in the area. Anyone else in the market I can pick your brain?

Does airbnb factor in lodging tax? That's one of the expenses I'm unsure how it works.

When you first got into STRs, what was your financial goal? To breakeven? A set amount? To see increased nights/higher rates each year?
