The other tool of choice I would try before what you have is a roofing spade with the zigzag edge as long as it didnt scratch too deeply...It has a fulcrum built in to pry over and will pull even the tough nails with its 5 foot 'd' handleNo matter what you use remember your going to have to 'fill' all the holes and re sand pretty deep just to get back to where it used to be.

More equity is favorable,   larger housing is preferred (I would say houses with a minimum of 20 feet wide  x45 feet deep is preferable for fix/flip.
